Position Purpose:
The Marketing Coordinator at Geely SEE reports directly to the Marketing Manager and Brand Manager for the SEE region and coordinates marketing activities with the group’s internal production team. The Marketing Coordinator implements marketing and advertising plans, organizes promotional events, manages budgets and costs, and coordinates activities across all markets in the region. This role includes preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data in the required format. Additionally, the role supports dealer network coordinators by providing relevant data, market trends, forecasts, product information, and customer support. The Marketing Coordinator ensures promotional materials are prepared by coordinating requirements with the graphic/production department and ensures marketing projects align with SEEAG (South East Europe Automotive Group) and Geely brand guidelines, while maintaining a strong professional relationship with GAIC (Geely Auto International Corporation).
Jointly create marketing and communication campaigns, coordinate information flow and dissemination according to the marketing plan/strategy.
Ensure timely approval, creation, and optimization of marketing materials.
Oversee development of social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and coordinate email or direct mail campaigns.
Create and distribute customer surveys in collaboration with the CRM department.
Set up systems for tracking marketing campaigns and online activity, monitor competitor activities and changes in marketing mix.
Prepare presentations, documentation, and materials for the GAIC international team to support joint campaigns and corporate information demands.
Plan and budget for trade show events and coordinate execution with local production teams in SEE.
Prepare monthly reports for the SEE Marketing Manager and the Geely Marketing Team.
Monitor Geely websites throughout the region and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
Analyze marketing campaign results (especially digital) and suggest improvements within budget constraints.
5 years of experience in marketing and/or media communication, preferably in the automotive industry.
University degree, preferably in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, reliability, and responsibility.
General understanding of marketing concepts, digital strategies, and CRM.
Understanding of administrative and economic procedures.
High level of grammatical literacy.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
Advanced knowledge of English (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the SEE region.
Precision, ability to work independently, and initiative.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Category B driving license.
