Service Advisor

Job Description:

  • Scheduling service appointments and responding to phone inquiries

  • Advising clients on vehicle maintenance

  • Preparing a complete offer for necessary spare parts and repairs

  • Monitoring the repair process and keeping the client informed about any additional work required

  • Reviewing completed work orders

  • Presenting the completed repair and all associated costs

  • Delivering the repaired vehicle to the client

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education (preferably technical field)

  • Category B driver's license

  • English language proficiency

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
