Panel/Workshop "Foreign Workforce in Serbia" jointly organized by the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Parts Importers and the company Heads Adriatic.
Vehicle importers in the Republic of Serbia are increasingly encountering the issue of a lack of qualified personnel in the service and after-sales support sector.
In light of this growing issue, the Serbian Association of Vehicle and Parts Importers and the company Heads Adriatic are organizing a workshop/panel on the topic "Foreign Workforce in Serbia" on November 7, 2024.
The workshop/panel will bring together leading experts in the field of foreign workforce engagement, as well as employers who will share their direct experiences, success stories, and challenges in this process, providing answers to all questions and uncertainties.
Main topics of the workshop:
- Challenges and successes in the process of engaging foreign workers
- Examples of best practices and what can be learned from them
- How does the labor market respond to global trends and workforce migration?
- The role of legislation in regulating the engagement of foreign workers
The panel/workshop will take place on November 7, 2024, at Omladinskih Brigada 98 in Belgrade. Attendance is free, but space is limited.
