Mayor of Kraljevo, Ljubiša Simović, along with his associates, received a delegation from the Serbian Association of Vehicle Importers, which brings together all renowned global companies.
During the Association's assembly held earlier this year, a decision was made that, for each car sold during the International Motor Show in Belgrade, members would contribute a portion of the proceeds to a fund for assisting those affected by the earthquake in Kraljevo. In this way, vehicle importers collected 2,000,000 dinars.
Miloš Petrović, the president of the Serbian Association of Vehicle Importers and Parts, presented a certificate to the mayor and emphasized that, in agreement with him and members of the local government, they decided that half of the funds collected would go to aid Irena Paunović, and the other half would be used for the restoration of the "Pčelica" kindergarten in Pljakino Šanac.
